Lucie is a passionate marketer, entrepreneur and mom-of-two. As an active person, the confrontation with motherhood during the global pandemic in 2020 made her feel like the world had stopped. Seeking ways to stay on top of her game while caring for a baby, she co-founded a platform that does exactly that. MUMDOO now connects 450+ ambitious professionals and speaks for thousands of Czech parents, shedding light on their needs when it comes to keeping in touch with their fields of expertise while taking time off to care for their expanding families.

During her international studies and work experience, she was exposed to a wide palette of different cultures and attitudes, engaging in activities that encouraged her to be curious and challenge the status quo. This mindset led Lucie and her co-founder Kristyna to bring unique data to the market, earning them visibility throughout the local media, earning them a place among Top10 Innovators of 2023 by Hospodářské noviny and opening doors to decision-makers, such as large corporations, ministries and even Parliament.
