Pokyny Pořadatele akce

Vstup do O2 universa

Každý, kdo vstupuje do O2 universa je bezpodmínečně povinen respektovat rozdělení a režim prostor O2 universa podle omezení a kontroly přístupu.

Vstup do O2 universa je divákům umožněn 60 minut před začátkem Akce. Změna tohoto režimu je možná na základě dohody Pořadatele akce a Pronajímatele.

Diváci vstupují do O2 universa jedním vstupem:

  • jižním vstupem na 1. podlaží z ulice Českomoravská (vchody 27, 28, 29). Tento vstup do O2 universum je zajištěn 3 vstupními detekčními rámy, dále bude k dispozici 1 mobilní turniket / čtečka vstupenek a 1 branka pro invalidy.

Pobyt a vstup do universa je podmíněn držením buď:

  • platné vstupenky na konkrétní den a akci

nebo

  • platné akreditační karty vystavené kartovým centrem O2 universa nebo označením produkce (backstage pasy, stripy apod)

Pohyb v zázemí O2 universa je dále podmíněn držením platného označení produkce vystaveného lokální produkcí a předaného ve formě vytištěného vzoru Event Security Managerovi Pronajímatele.

Každý, kdo do O2 universa vstupuje, se musí podrobit důkladné vstupní kontrole prováděné detekčními technickými prostředky (průchod přes detekční rám kovů, ruční detektor kovů).

V případě vnášení předmětů a zavazadel musí být provedena kontrola zavazadel průchodem přes RTG kovů a trhavin.

Do O2 universa není povoleno vnášet:

· zbraně – nože (dýky a kapesní), mačety, sekery, vrhací hvězdy, obušky,
střelné zbraně (včetně plynových), jehlice, injekční stříkačky a jehly (mimo diabetes)

· tlakované nádoby – tlakové nádoby (PB atp.), houkačky (stlačený plyn), plechovkové nápoje, spreje

· zakázané omamné a toxické látky – alkohol, toxické látky, omamné látky

· nenošené oděvy

· hořlaviny, výbušniny, pyrotechnika

· nebezpečné předměty – nářadí (šroubováky, kleště apod.), pouta, nůžky, řetězy apod.

· kamery a profesionální fotoaparáty

· ostatní – dalekohledy (mimo div. kukátek), kočárky apod.

· specifické (musí projít zvláštní kontrolou) – sirény, vlajky (bez žerdí), transparenty, baterky – svítilny, řehtačky, trubky a jiné dechové nástroje, berly, hole, bubny a paličky, invalidní vozíky apod. V O2 universum je povolena konzumace pouze jídla a nápojů zakoupených zde.

Depozit na uložení výše uvedených věcí, které je zakázáno vnášet do O2 universa, NEBUDE PO DOBU AKCE ZAJIŠTĚN.

Uvnitř O2 universa je zakázáno kouření.

Dále je pro diváky zakázáno fotografování s výjimkou kapesních kompaktních fotoaparátů a pořizování obrazových a zvukových záznamů v průběhu Akce včetně přestávek.

Uvnitř O2 universa je zakázáno zapojovat se do jakýchkoliv marketingových a reklamních aktivit.

Uvnitř O2 universa je zakázána jakákoliv propagace politických stran, hnutí a spolků v průběhu Akce.

Vozíčkáři a jejich doprovod (1 + 1)

  • pro příchod k turniketům využívají krajní vstup č. 28 na jižním vstupu z ulice Českomoravská. Pro vozíčkáře nejsou vstupenky určeny na speciálně vyhrazené místo s bezbariérovým přístupem, veškeré prostory sálu B jsou bezbariérové.

VSTUPENKY

Držitel vstupenky je povinen vstupenku předložit při prvním vstupu do objektu. Poté bude každý držitel vstupenky označen stripem, na jehož základě je umožněný opakovaný vstup do O2 universa. Bez stripu nebude návštěvníkovi opakovaný vstup umožněný.

Entering into the O2 universum

Anyone entering into the O2 universum is unconditionally obliged to respect the division and regime of the O2 universum according to the restrictions and access control.

Visitors may enter the O2 universum 60 minutes before the start of the Event. Changes to this regime are possible by agreement between the Event Organiser and the Lessor.

Visitors enter to the O2 universum in one entry:

  • south entrance to the 1st floor from Českomoravská Street (entrances no.27,28,29), this entrance into to the O2 universum is secured by 3 entrance screening frames, there will also be 1 mobile turnstile / ticket reader and 1 gate for the disabled people.

Stay and entry to the arena is subject to possession of either:

- valid tickets for a specific day and Event

or

- valid accreditation cards issued by the O2 universum card centre or production label (backstage passports, strips, etc.)

Movement in the O2 universum is also subject to the possession of a valid production tag issued by the local production or artist management and handed over in the form of a printed sample to the Event Security Manager of the Lessor.

Anyone entering into the O2 universum must undergo a thorough entry check carried out by technical detection equipment (pass through metal detection frame, hand-held metal detector).

In the case of bringing in items and luggage, the luggage must be checked by passing through the X-ray metal detector and explosives.

It is not allowed to bring into the O2 universum:

· weapons - knives (daggers and pocket knives), machetes, axes, throwing stars, batons, firearms (including gas guns), needles, syringes and needles (except for diabetes)

· pressurised containers - pressure vessels (PB etc.), horns (compressed gas), canned drinks, sprays

· prohibited narcotics and toxic substances - alcohol, toxic substances, narcotics

· unworn clothing

· flammables, explosives, pyrotechnics

· dangerous items - tools (screwdrivers, pliers, etc.), handcuffs, scissors, chains, etc.

· cameras and professional cameras

· others - binoculars (except for div. peepholes), strollers, etc.

· specific (must pass special inspection) - sirens, flags (without streamers), banners, flashlights - lanterns, bugles, trumpets and other wind instruments, crutches, canes, drums and mallets, wheelchairs, etc. Only food and beverages purchased here are allowed to consume in the O2 arena.

Deposit for storing the above-mentioned items, which are forbidden to be brought into the O2 universe, will NOT be provided for the duration of the event.

Smoking is prohibited inside the O2 universum.

In addition, it is prohibited for visitors to take photographs, except with handheld compact cameras, and to make video and audio recordings during the Event, including during breaks.

It is prohibited to engage in any marketing or promotional activities inside the O2 universum.

Any promotion of political parties, movements and associations during the Event is prohibited inside the O2 universum.

Wheelchair users and their escorts (1 + 1)

- to reach the turnstiles use the outer entrance no. 28 at the southern entrance from Českomoravská Street. For wheelchair users, tickets are not specially designated to area with wheelchair access, all areas of Hall B are wheelchair accessible.

TICKETS

The ticket holder is obliged to present the ticket when entering the building for the first time. Thereafter, each ticket holder will be marked with a strip, which allows re-entry to the O2 universum. Without the strip, the visitor will not be allowed re-entry.
